Hello there!
Brighton is a beach city which belongs to Brighton and Hove, 1 hour by train from London. To go there you need to go to Victoria Station and buy your ticket, they have machines there to sell tickets.
I think we paid 2 tickets 42£ to go and return. if you book in advance it can be cheaper.
Like in London this place is beautiful, the beach has rocks in place of the sand.
There is a pier with a leisure park and around town, night pubs, restaurants, museums. It is like made for you to have fun. they also have lots of festivals and meetings during the year.
They have an amazing palace in the middle of the city called Royal Pavilion, I was very impressed because it is an Indian Palace, very big and beautiful. I did not get in,  maybe in the next visit! This palace was built as a home for the Prince Regent during the early 19th century.
Also the retro style is very present, I received an advertisement about a vintage party in Brighton from the site Vintage Nation that I was really interested in, but I could not go.
Advantages and disadvantages: Is more secure than London (I want to live there if we can), the only problem is the wind, seriously it is very strong.
